Nicolás has more than a decade of experience leading real estate, hospitality, and investment platforms in Chile. As CEO of Grupo ICOM, he managed a $250M portfolio spanning residential development, upscale hotels, and alternative investments. He directed development, operations and sales over $200M on residential projects, oversaw hotel operations with 450 employees and $30M in revenues, and led successful value-add strategies including a hotel-to-multifamily conversion.
He began his career in energy and public policy, working as an advisor to the President of Chile and as a business developer of renewable energy projects at Engie. Nicolás holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Civil Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
