Tim is a native of Boston and graduated from the University of Johnson and Wales in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship. After graduation in 2020 he joined Diversified Funding Incorporated where he began his career in leasing and property management. Tim joined North Colony in the summer of 2025 as an Asset Manager. Tim currently resides in South Boston.
